BLOG 52: HASK x Revel Rouge: Reimagining Beauty, One Sense at a Time
Beauty and self-nourishment go hand-in-hand. The body is, of course, a temple, and we at Revel Rouge know just how to treat it…sometimes; however, in co-curating alongside 1Milk2Sugars an event for HASK haircare, we understood the assignment.
HASK’s products utilize “clean” ingredients infused with “natural extracts,” chosen meticulously for each and every purpose. Taking into account HASK’s unique brand identity, we, alongside the unrivaled Marcey Brownstein Catering, crafted food and drink inspired by product ingredients (e.g. coconut, argan, hibiscus), and paired them with their respective products.
Always aware of what’s in vogue, we matched HASK’s knack for marketing with custom food branding, like HASK ice cubes to keep cocktails cool.

The event was sensory-driven and immersive. Guests dived into the world of HASK, experiencing their mastery of haircare both visually, as products were displayed tastefully around the room, and edibly (displayed “tastefully” as well!). As attendees moved through the space, which popped with florals by our friends at Posy Flowers NYC, and perfect lighting by the magicians at L&M Sound & Light, they were engrossed by the thoughtfulness of HASK. In the center of the room stood a tree; “Rooted in Kindness,” we called it, upon which guests pinned encouraging messages that reflected the HASK mission of beauty through kindness.

We prepared for guests with vibrant decals and backdrops and curated props too, perfection for the camera. And what’s a Revel Rouge event without some sweetness? Guests absolutely loved the “Donut Touch my Curls” station which offered a sumptuous strawberry or coconut donut glaze inspired by HASK’s “Curl Care Collection.”
At Revel Rouge, we focus on the smallest details of experience. We deliver exactly what you imagine and more across the full spectrum of sense—not just the visual, but the auditory, the tactile, the olfactory even…and we’ve got taste too, but not just in coconut glaze.
