I enjoy every minute of the process from creative inception to execution. The ultimate satisfaction -- which feels like a gift to me -- is that I get to deliver a dream every day.

With extensive experience in theatre and in the restaurant and retail industries, I liken every meal to a theatrical performance. Open up your house and heart to the show! My parallel analogy: the preparation (rehearsal), the table decoration (the set), food shopping (the costume), the cocktail upon arrival (pre-curtain), the service with food (the show), and the nightcap (opening night party).
The launch of Revel Rouge has given me the incredible opportunity to showcase my passion, knowledge, and gift and the opportunity to share it with my clients. There is an art to having an event go seamlessly and it's not all just in the planning. This is where the magic comes in. Candles may burn out and need to quickly be replaced. Food may begin to get cold and need to be warmed up. Sounds simple, but to remedy these situations without guests noticing takes the kind of experience honed from many years of learning from watching, making mistakes, and ultimately developing unparalleled event execution skills.
