Where Wellness Meets Experience: NOW Foods

A soft palette of greens, pinks, and whites, paired with lush summer florals and warm red New York City brick accents, brought a fresh, vibrant energy to the SoHo setting.

Last week, Revel had the pleasure of partnering once again with valued repeat clients NOW Foods for an interactive shopping experience and surprise cooking class with renowned figures in the world of sports and wellness. As we continue to collaborate with clients year after year, we gain a deeper understanding of their brand, allowing us to create event experiences that feel fresh, innovative, and authentically true to who they are.

This year, the Revel Rouge team transformed the venue into an immersive NOW experience complete with beautifully styled grazing tables, a wellness shot stand, a surprise cooking class, product discovery moments, and opportunities for guests to engage directly with the brand. The celebration was made even more memorable with special appearances by Olympic cross-country skier Jessie Diggins and New York Times Best Selling Author Elyse Kopecky.

For our Creative Producer and Designer, Emma Lueders, every event offers a blank canvas for creativity. She begins every event design by imagining the guest journey, how people will move through the space, identifying opportunities for interaction, and how the client’s personality can be woven into every experience. For this event, Emma was inspired by the charm, warmth, and excitement felt browsing through small town boutiques, creating space for thoughtful, personalized shopping experiences. Emma’s thoughtful eye for design, understanding of event flow, and meticulous production approach truly made this event unforgettable. While every detail was thoughtfully curated, the true magic came from watching guests form genuine connections- with the brand, experience, and each other.

During the surprise cooking class, four-time World Cup overall champion, Olympic medalist, and world championship medalist, Jessie Diggins, brought her passion for performance and wellness, while three-time New York Times bestselling author, nutrition coach, and marathoner, Elyse Kopecky, shared her expertise in nourishing the body with thoughtful cooking. Both also delved into NOW’s brand values.
