A Formal Introduction…

As we look back on 2025, we are struck by how much Revel Rouge has grown in scale, in imagination, and in the kinds of stories we get to tell through celebration. This year was defined by expansion: larger productions, bolder creative concepts, and a growing team. Revel Rouge has evolved into a creative house that blends theatricality, hospitality, and narrative-driven design.
Our 2025 calendar spanned every realm of celebration: holiday extravaganzas, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, Halloween spectacles, and highly tailored birthday celebrations. We also expanded into brand partnerships and content-creation events, designing experiences meant not only for those in the room but also for the audiences who follow along digitally. Throughout the year, we pushed the boundaries of venue sourcing, vendor collaboration, branding details, and live performance quality, guided by Founder Hank Stampfl’s vision of Revel Rouge as a crossroads between the grandeur of live theater and the warmth of gathering loved ones.
This year also took Revel Rouge far beyond New York City. Our work brought us to Puerto Rico, Miami, and destinations across Europe, where we shared our signature NYC sensibility with audiences around the world. Our events have been described as immersive, theatrical, and transformative, and 2025 affirmed that Revel Rouge is not just growing, but becoming.
We are equally proud of how our team has flourished. In 2025, we welcomed two new members, Pria Hawlader and Carly Fonda, who joined Emma Lueders as she celebrates her one-year milestone with Revel Rouge. Watching each team member step into their strengths has been one of the most rewarding parts of the year. With that, we are delighted to introduce the faces behind Revel Rouge, some familiar, some new, all essential to the magic.
Pria Hawlader is Revel Rouge’s Executive Assistant. She brings a level of professionalism and organization that is incomparable. Pria graduated from Hunter College in New York City and was drawn to events by the joy of watching ideas evolve from concept to reality. She finds deep fulfillment in transforming a vision into an experience people can truly feel, enjoy, and remember. At Revel Rouge, she is known for her thoughtful attention to detail and her ability to bring warmth and intention to every stage of the planning process.
One Revel Rouge moment that stands out for Pria was an apothecary-inspired Halloween dinner that struck the perfect balance between intimacy and elegant mystery. Cozy yet haunting, the evening unfolded seamlessly from cocktail hour to dinner, a reflection of how powerful it can be when every detail comes together just right.
Carly Fonda is Revel Rouge’s Social Media and Storytelling Lead, whose eye for detail has elevated the brand’s presence and marketability. A born-and-raised West Coaster, she graduated from Arizona State University and has spent recent years in San Francisco. She has worked in events since high school and is drawn to the endlessly creative nature of the industry. At Revel Rouge, her work brings together her passions for writing, hospitality, design, and public relations. In a world that can often feel heavy, she finds genuine joy in being part of moments rooted in celebration and connection.
A standout experience for Carly was Midnight at the Met, one of our 2025 Halloween spectacles. Watching Chelsea Industrial transform from a blank warehouse into a museum-inspired setting felt like witnessing a theatrical production come to life. The scale of collaboration and creativity made the experience especially meaningful for her.
Emma Lueders is Revel Rouge’s Creative Producer. Emma’s artistry is central to the allure and immersive quality of our events. She graduated from Syracuse University, where she studied Fashion Design with a minor in Innovation and Design Startups. Naturally drawn to the intersection of aesthetics and experience, she discovered events as the perfect way to combine design and entertaining. At Revel Rouge, she approaches every project with a creative eye and an intuitive sense of how spaces should feel, not just look.
A defining moment for Emma was a weekend-long Thayers Skincare brand event in Connecticut, set across a working farm and historic schoolhouse. Being immersed from concept through execution made it one of the most fulfilling projects of her career.
Last, but certainly not least, we are proud to reintroduce CEO and Founder Hank Stampfl. The growth of Revel Rouge is a testament to his creative alchemy and work ethic. With more than 18 years in hospitality, Hank has curated remarkable private events, weddings, and conferences for distinguished clients across the finance, fashion, nonprofit, and entertainment sectors. In 2016, he launched Revel Rouge, blending his background in musical theater with a deep passion for hospitality.
Hank’s career began in food and beverage leadership at renowned restaurants including David Burke and Sant Ambroeus West Village. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and genuine warmth, he is widely admired for his ability to make every guest feel cared for. Taking a bold step, he founded Revel Rouge, now known for delivering unforgettable experiences and undeniable wow moments.

Each person plays a vital role in bringing our events to life, shaping the creativity, precision, and hospitality that define our work. Revel Rouge would not be what it is without the dedication and artistry of every member of this team.
Thank you for being a part of our 2025, we cannot wait to see what we create together in 2026.
