On May 13th, Revel Rouge had the privilege of curating a very special evening—the launch of Everesse, a new aesthetic device redefining the future of facial sculpting. Its revolutionary technology lifts and sculpts the face (quite literally defying gravity!).
Set inside Dr. David Shafer’s stunning NYC office Shafer Clinic on Fifth Avenue, the event fused industry sophistication with theatrical flair. We designed every detail with the utmost care, from custom signage and branded decals to personalized pillows and lush draping. Every corner of the room bloomed with pink and green bouquets from POSY Flowers, the colors and fragrances of which nodded tastefully to Wicked, the award-winning Broadway classic inspiring the night’s gravity-defying theme.
The food and drink was prepared with the same level attention that defines Revel Rouge. Guests sipped on two specialty cocktails, the Gochujang Paloma and Lychee Fizz, which they paired with Korean-inspired bites like dumplings, bao buns, and chilled kelp noodle salad. The menu, brought to life by the incredible team at Marcey Brownstein Catering, honored the cultural roots of Everesse.
And the show-stopping moment? A breathtaking live performance of “Defying Gravity” by Broadway star Shoshana Bean, who played Elphaba herself, set against a custom backdrop that we created to enhance the magic of the moment.
After guests nearly dropped their bao buns in awe, the lights dimmed and DJ Fabienne took over, turning the room into a full-blown dance party. With a magic of her own, DJ Fabienne infused the night with endless energy.
